Injection Molding Process
Injection molding involves injecting molten plastic into a mold, where it cools and solidifies to form the desired housing shape.
The specific process is as follows:
(1) Raw material processing: Pre-processing of plastic granules, including drying and coloring.
(2) Injection molding: The plastic granules are heated and melted, then injected into the mold using an injector. The mold is closed, and pressure is applied for cooling, allowing the plastic to solidify.
(3) Demolding and post-processing: The mold is opened, and the molded housing is removed from the mold. Post-processing steps such as trimming, deburring, and assembly are then performed.
