Mold Making
After the DFM analysis and mold design are confirmed,we proceed with precision machining and component fabrication according to the approved drawings.
Experienced technicians then carefully assemble and test the mold to ensure structural accuracy and stable performance.
Sample
Then we conduct trial production to produce initial samples for quality verification.
The samples are inspected, adjusted if necessary, and then shipped to the client for confirmation and feedback.
Injection Molding

Assembly
