A: Samples are typically ready within 3 working days after mold completion.

A: Mass production usually takes 15–25 working days, depending on order quantity and project complexity.
Q: Are mold fees included in product prices?
A: Mold cost and product unit price are quoted separately for clear cost transparency.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support online payment platforms and bank transfers. Payment terms can be discussed based on project cooperation.

- 50% deposit before mold production
- 50% mold balance + 30% production deposit before mass production
- 70% balance payment before shipment
