Material Selection: We utilize high-grade, impact-resistant engineering polymers (such as ABS or fire-retardant PC/ABS) to ensure the box withstands mechanical stress and environmental exposure.
Dehumidification: Prior to molding, the resin undergoes thorough drying in desiccant systems to prevent internal porosity or surface defects, which is crucial for maintaining a reliable seal.
Precision Injection: Utilizing our single-color injection molding machines, we maintain precise control over melt temperature and injection pressure. This ensures uniform material density, particularly around the gasket groove and sealing surfaces.
