Design & Mold Preparation

• Develop 3D CAD models and engineering drawings specifically for ergonomic mouse shapes and button structures.
• Produce high-precision injection molds using CNC machining and EDM to ensure accurate details for scroll wheels, click buttons, and shell curvature.

Plastic Injection Molding

• Select durable materials such as ABS, PC+ABS, or high-strength PC for stable performance and long-term use.
• Inject molten plastic into molds under strict temperature and pressure control.
• Cool and eject molded shells with precise dimensional tolerance for smooth assembly.

Surface Preparation

• Trim burrs, flash, and parting lines from the mouse shells.
• Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, oils, or contaminants.
• Apply primer, sanding, or corona treatments to ensure strong paint adhesion.

Quality Inspection

• Inspect each shell for uniform color application, surface smoothness, and coating adhesion strength.
• Verify dimensions, button fit, and structural integrity to ensure reliable performance during long-term clicking and scrolling.

Secondary Processes

• Add customized logos, patterns, or brand elements using silk-screen printing, pad printing, or laser engraving.
• Apply additional UV coatings or scratch-resistant layers if required.

Assembly & Function Testing

• Assemble internal components including PCB, micro-switches, scroll wheel mechanisms, and sensor modules.
• Conduct functional tests for button response, scroll accuracy, tracking performance, and overall device stability.

Packaging & Delivery

• Package spray-painted mice carefully to prevent scratches or damage during transport.
• Products are ready for shipment to distributors, retailers, or OEM/ODM clients.
