The entire housing set-comprising the top cover, main chassis, and interface plate-is manufactured using single-color injection molding machines.

Process Optimization: We utilize optimized injection pressure, melt temperature, and cooling cycles to ensure uniform wall thickness and to prevent surface defects like sink marks or warping, especially on the larger flat panels of the instrument chassis.
